  • How do I register?

    • In the menu bar at the bottom right of your screen, tap the "Account" tab. Then, tap the "Register Now!" button to get started.

    • Fill out your full name, date of birth, email address, country, Zip code and phone number. Then tap on "Send Code" to get a confirmation code via SMS.

    • Finally, enter your code to complete the registration process.

  • Can I register more than one account?

    • Unfortunately, registering for multiple accounts is not allowed and is against our "Terms of Service". Due to this, we are able to keep up our promise and ensure that our tournaments are both fun and fair to all participants

  • I no longer use the phone number I registered with. How can I log in?

    • We would be delighted to update the information on your account if you have a new phone. Please contact our support team here for assistance. 

    • To get you back to playing right away, please send us your nickname, your old phone number, and your new phone number.

  • How do I log in to my account?

    • On the menu bar at the bottom right of your screen, tap the “Account” button. Tap the "Sign In" option under "Existing User".

    • Simply enter the phone number associated with your account and tap "Send Code". Then, enter the code you received on your phone and tap "Log In".

    • Once logged in, you'll be able to play right away.

  • How do I change my nickname and avatar?

    • In the menu bar at the bottom right of the screen, tap your "Account" tab.

    • Then, tap on the small pencil icon (the edit button) on the bottom right of your avatar.

    • If you want to change your nickname, remove your current nickname and replace it with your own. Then, tap on "Apply" to save.

    • If you want to change the image of your avatar, tap on your current avatar to see a selection of available avatars, and tap on the one you like the most. Or, if you want to upload your own photo, click on the camera icon beneath your avatar and select a photo from your camera roll.

    • Once you've picked the image you want, tap "Ok" and tap on "Apply" to save.

  • Delete my account request

    • You can delete your account by clicking here.

    • Once your account has been deleted, it cannot be restored. Therefore, our support team will email you to confirm your request before deleting your account to prevent unintentional deletions. 

    • Your account will be deleted as soon as you confirm the email.

  • What happens if I delete the game?

    • Your registered account is not deleted when you delete the game. If you delete "Tile Cash", you can always download it again so you can continue playing with the same balance and XP.
