How do I make a deposit?

Tap the "Shop" icon in the lower menu bar or the "+" icon beside the cash icon on the top right corner of your screen.

Next, tap on the deposit button under the amount you wish to deposit.

Then, choose your preferred method of payment. We currently accept Apple Pay, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery.

Lastly, enter your payment information and start playing in Real Cash tournaments!

Can I change my payment method?

Yes! You are free to change your payment method at any time.
You can do that by tapping the "Shop" icon in the lower menu bar or the "+" icon beside the cash icon in the top right corner of your screen. -
Next, tap the deposit button under the amount you wish to deposit.

Then, change your payment method by tapping on the "Pencil" icon (edit) under "Payment Method", then enter your preferred payment method.

Can I use multiple payment methods on my account?

No, you cannot use multiple payment methods on a single account.

The only way to use another payment method associated with your account, is to replace the existing payment method with a new one.

You will need to update your payment information in your account settings or through the relevant payment provider in order to change your payment method.
How will the charge appear on my card statement or PayPal account?

Upon making a deposit in Tile Cash, you will see the following charge on your credit card or PayPal statement:

How do I request a withdrawal?

The following steps will guide you through the withdrawal process:​

Tap on the "Account" icon at the bottom of the screen.

Tap "Withdraw" under your avatar. The balance available for withdrawal can be found by looking at "Withdrawable Balance".

Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the "Amount to Withdraw" field.

Once you have verified that your withdrawal request is correct, click "Submit Withdrawal".

We'll then send you an email that your withdrawal request was received, along with the withdrawal reference number. You will also receive a confirmation email when your withdrawal has been processed.

When submitting a withdrawal request, please keep the following in mind:

A withdrawal request must be submitted with a minimum amount of $5.00.

For each withdrawal request, there is a $1.00 processing fee.

You may be refunded the original amount of your deposit back to the same method of payment you used when you made your initial deposit.

The processing of withdrawal requests takes up to 14 days, although most players will receive their funds within 2 business days. Please read your withdrawal confirmation email for further details.

It is possible to submit only one withdrawal request at a time.

Upon withdrawal, all Bonus Cash will be forfeited.

How much is the Handling Fee?

There is a $2 minimum withdrawal amount, and any withdrawal under $10 will be charged a $1 handling fee.

For each withdrawal, handling fees vary between 0% and 15% of the deposited amount, depending on how much of the deposit was used for entry fees.
How long does it take for me to get my withdrawal?

A withdrawal request usually takes 2 business days to process, though in some instances it may take up to 14 business days.

For the purpose of ensuring fairness at all times, preventing fraudulent activities, and ensuring that our players' funds are protected, we review all gameplay and account logs.

Is Bonus Cash forfeited when requesting a withdrawal?

Once you have requested a withdrawal, all your bonus cash will be deducted from your account.

Can I transfer my funds to someone else?

Unfortunately, It is not permitted to transfer funds (real money, Bonus Cash, or Gems) between players' accounts.
